Site Plan / Property line

Hi,

I wanted to draw a property line for city of Fremont. I have the accessor's map but I don't have distances and bearings. 

is there a way to draw the property line accurately without mentioned information. maybe there is something in the map that I don't know.

I have attached the accessor's map and I highlighted the block I would like to draw the block.

Hard to see, but it looks like you have all the information you need.  Can you post a screenshot that is zoomed in on the lot you are wanting?

I can't read it. Just tell me the lengths of the five line segments start with the front (street-facing) property line and going counter-clockwise.

There's not enough information here, but all the information you need should be available through the City Planning Department.  You don't need any special software for finding this information -- just a telephone or car.  Or maybe just an internet connection. This information may very well be on-line.  Call the Planning Department to find out.  You are looking for "Recorded Map" or "Final Map".  Heck, if you know who did the Survey/Civil, you could even call them directly.  That would be the route I would go. I hate dealing with bureaucratic agencies.

I already sent the email and waiting for the response while I'm working on other parts of the project.
