How do you possibly model or find blocks for a single slope rigid frame. 

i need it to look exactly like the image attached. preferably adjustable.

Looks like a roof with two walls attached and joined to it. Do it that way.  

...actually, do you have another picture of the construct. I'd like to understand better what I'm looking at.

you can do it a Structural or Generic editable Family with parameters , as in my example:
