Since which version of Revit do you have the option to import OBJ files?

I want to know which version of Revit allows us to import OBJ files

Try it. If it works, it works. If not, it doesn't work.  Revit will throw an error with info.

2022? Not sure.  Google it. 

...yep - looks like 2022 was the year of the OBJ.  2021 was the year of the Ox. 😉

Autodesk added the OBJ import with 2022.1. If you install the original 2022 without the update, you won't get those feature.
