Showing Multiple Parameters in a Calculated Value

I have a client who wants a "file name" column in the drawing index so that we can pretend we are doing this project in CAD and when we export out the CAD files and rename them, they match the drawing index. That would mean that we would have to input a file name for every sheet manually. We have three different paramters that could be connected together to form the file name if there was a way to use multiple text parameters in a caluculated value. See attached example. Is this possible?

In Revit 2017 this functionality is added. For earlier versions you could do this with Dynamo. With dynamo you would pull values from different parrameters, concatenate them and then push it back into a (new) parameter.

Please mention Revit version, especially when uploading Revit files.
