How do I make my hidden lines at a smaller scale? If I change my drawing scale to 1/2" then they display dashed but on the scale I need they're solid

Make another Hidden Line Pattern with longer Dashes and Longer Spaces.

the graphics in Revit is designed for printing..
if you keep the view ( 1/4"=1' scale ) on sheet ( A1, A2 etc ), and print the
sheet at 100%, you will get the correct representation of the hidden lines...
the line adjusts as per scale so that its consistent while printing... that does means
it wont look the same on computer screen when you keep changing the scale of the view.
in this following image, the same rectangle at different scale, producing similar line style graphics.
