Sheet Loaded but Cannot see it

I created a custom sheet and loaded as a family into my project, it is appearing under the sheets tab, but is not showing up on my project. The box for "Appears in Sheet List" is also checked. How do I view the sheet after inserted into project?

*Using Revit 2021

Thank you for the question @Anonymous!

From your description, I’m not quite sure what you are seeing, one possibility would be that you loaded a titleblock family (RFA) into the project, see it in the Families portion of the Project Browser, and are looking to create a new sheet using the titleblock.

In this case, go through the following steps:

  1. Right click on Sheets (in the project browser).
  2. Select New Sheet.

  3. Select your titleblock.
  4. Click OK.

Hi, Thank you @Lance.Coffey for the reply. I am able to load my custom title block and any other default title blocks, but they are not appearing in my project after I load them.

Thank you for the update.

If you are seeing the titleblock in the Project Browser, are you able to add an instance to the sheet?

Titleblocks are undef Annotation SYmbols category. If you create a new sheet, you can choose a titleblock for it. You can drag a titleblock type from the browser onto a sheet to place it, or copy paste from one sheet to others. If a sheet has a titleblock already, you can select the block and change to a different titleblock type.

There is no option to create an instance.

Create new sheet from View menu.

To create an instance of the Titleblock (to add to an existing sheet) you would need to right click on the Titleblock (not the sheet).
