Sheet index appearance grey out

Good afternoon, I cannot change the appearance of my Sheet index, I want just a plain schedule but the appearance option is grey out:

I do not want headers to show up and any colors filling the boxes like this one:

This is my standard:

any suggestions please?

I am working on my NCARB towards my California Architect License,
