Ive been working on a shared model which have other models link. Every time I sinchronize the links unload. Also the link I see as loaded, appears unload to other users working on the same shared model.
I dont use cloud collaboration

When you unload a link there is an option for unloading only for you or for all. If other people chose unload for all then the next time you sync the links will be unloaded. Encourage everyone one on the team to only unload links for themselves.
Personally I assign linked models to their own worksets and close those worksets instead of unloading the links. Not a significant difference in performance and avoids the unloading issue.

Hi,
You mean a Workshared Central model, and everyone working in their own local model of it?
Maybe a workset(s) where the links are placed on isn't open for you and other workset(s) for the other users?
A couple of questions for you and the other user local models:
- Does Reload work for those links?
- Does it say Unloaded or not found for those links?
- Does it have a * symbol in front of the text "unloaded"?
- Michel
I´m sure other user are not unloading the link, also I just Discover it happens everytime I sincronize

Yes, they are working on their own local model.
I´m not sure about how to verify what you say about worksets
- Does Reload work for those links? Yes it work for everyone but it´s temporal
- Does it say Unloaded or not found for those links? It says Unloaded with a red X before the name of the link
- Does it have a * symbol in front of the text "unloaded"? Theres no *
What Revit Version?
I have never seen a Red X before the name, can you post a screenshot (you can obscure the names)
(When the link can't be found it's red text "not found")
Ps. If the Central File is created (or the local itself, not sure) with the open option "Last Viewed or Editable" then each time opening the model will revert changes to this untill the central (or local) is created.
You can find the option in the pulldown menu of the open button in the Open Dialog box while a workshared model is selected, see:. Specify-Workset-prompt
I Have had user that had the Specify Workset Dialog popup each time the model was opened, after recreating the central model with the option ALL worksets it was gone.
Look at the Workset dialog when the model is opened and see if any workset(s) is closed.
Have a look at this EARLIER THREAD to see if it solves the situation for you. Check that your path to the links is the same as the others in your office. If your method for mapping the drive/folder is different from them then Revit "loses" the location when you open your local file.

In addition to @SteveKStafford ,
Make sure everyone has the same update for the Revit version.
Maybe a networkshare issue, that it "hybernates", locals model are not on thesame share I assume?
Didn't see the screenshot earlies, maybe set the links to Absolute?
The solution was to change to the same letter the central file in the different computers.
