Set Z Elevation to 0

Hello, I have a Revit file with the elevation at 662'-0" that get exported to Revit using internal project. BIM coordinator wants us to set Z elevation to ZERO so that everyone's model lines up correctly. When i went to adjust this i moved the survey point currently (-662') (while clipped) I moved it up to Level 1 which not reads 0. I also moved the Project base point to Level 1 (unclipped). Now when I export my project into the NWD file it shows my model up 662'.

Why don't you link in a model with the proper location, move it to align with your model, and acquire the shared coordinates.  Then export to Navis using Shared Coordinates instead of Project Internal?

Hi..

Select the level and check the properties whether its " Project Based Elevated " or " Survey Based "

once you find that... For ex - 662'  ( project based )

then you just need to move project based point down by 662'...

if the levels are Survey based, then 

move survey point down by 662'

after this.. you need to fix the Zero level by " Clipping " project base point or survey base point... and 

make the elevation ( Z ) zero..

I'm with @ToanDN on this 100%. All the OP needs to do is changed his Navisworks Setting's Coordinates (under File Readers) to "Shared". He shouldn't need to monkey with the SP or PBP of the Host Project.

@Anonymous: Another piece of info that may be of help to you: Navisworks recognizes the INTERNAL ORIGIN -- not to be confused with the Project Base Point location, which can be displaced from its Startup Position in the Project. FWIW.
