'Serious error' occuring when changing elevation floor levels

Hi, When I try to change the finish floor levels on my project to correspond to the topo surface I get a serious error message and I am unable to move up the elevations. Currently the garage floor level is a 0.00. The topo surface is up higher.

I need to change the garage floor level to sit at r.l. of 45.0 (approx.). Everytime I try and edit the level I get the same error message. See the screenshots attached. What could be the issue?

Move the toposurface instead.

Moving the topo surface will change the contour r.l.'s which are to A.H.D.

I've already redrawn the job ;(

Hi, I have access to Revit Lt 2020. I've redrawn the job with no issues this time so I'm not sure why this occurred.
