Serial number and product key missing when activating a Moved Seat

Hello all,
Sorry if I don’t specify this right, but I’ll try my best. The company I work for recently bought another seat for Revit for a co-worker. When I go to locate the serial number and product key when Revit requests it during activation, I only get a "sign-in" where the serial number and product key should be listed. I’m already signed in and not sure why it’s not showing up. I’ve attached a screen shot of where I'm lost at.
