You mean show via the Phase Filter (e.g. "Show Demo + New" )?

How? Like what line weight and pattern to use to indicate demo'd  elements?  What wrong with the pre-set, OOTB Phase Filters?  They're all modifiable through Manage Tab: Phases.   

 

...I notice that you initially specified "selected" demolished elements. Are you wanting to show "selected" demolished elements differently from other demolished elements?  Look to Graphic Overrides by Element or Filter  for doing this.

I do not know how to set up phases, so are you able and will you tell me how to set-up phases (i.e., Existing, Demolition, Construction, etc.)?
