Select previous list?

Just a quality of life question

Is there a history or log of some kind for "select previous?" Whenever I want to use "select previous" its after I've selected 2 or three elements in rapid secession either because I'm engrossed in the task and don't know I've made a mistake or I missed clicked something after I made a large tedious selection of elements. Maybe a command that "select previous" 2 or three clicks back?

There is a Save selection set tool. Not sure if it will help.

That's not what I'm looking for but very cool though. Its like grouping stuff without binding it together. Binding isn't the right, word associate maybe? Good suggestion!

Try pyRevit.

If you right click in empty space, you get an option for 'Select Previous'. Is that what you are referring to?

hold ctrl and hit the left arrow will select previous selection. I use this all the time. It does not always work but it is very helpful.
