Select different text Drop-down

Good afternoon,

I would like to create a text statement, but also create another text statement or two (2), and have an option to do a drop-down in the properties box or on the screen to toggle between the different statements.

For example:

On a set of plans, the plans read:  NOT FOR CONSTRUCTION, then I want to click on the statement and toggle to another statement, PRELIMINARY PLAN

How can I accomplish this task?

I would create two type of texts - single and multi-text. Then add visibility so you can show one text and have another for different condition.
