What do you mean by big picture? The big picture is easy, you don't need a YouTube video for that. Its BIM. You make 3D models that contain information beyond their geometry. Make a change in one place and it changes in all views, because its a model, not just a bunch of lines. Its more efficient than traditional CAD and reduces mistakes.

And why coding? That's not really a big picture thing. That's a pretty niche thing that most folks never touch in Revit.

How specific are you trying to get with this? Autodesk University has Keynote Addresses for broadband conversations on trades, presentations from firms on how they use it for their subset of work, presentations on how to use it for very narrow applications (tunnel design, hospital digital twin maintenance, etc.) and more.

The AEC industry is huge. Different parts of it use Revit for different reasons, to different levels of success, and with different levels of data management/coding.
