Section Tag Visibility Issue

One of the section tags shown in plan seems to have a transparency. How can I revert it to show as a solid black tag?

Try:
- Select it, right click, Reset
- Check Filters see if any entry causes it halftoned
- Is it in that view or in another view placed on the same sheet?
