Section: reference view is invisible and cant place, section without referencing view is visible and able to place

This is driving me crazy, but I have a project and in plan views I am able to place sections that create actual section-cut views. However, as soon as I click the 'Reference view' checkbox the section is unable to be placed and it says the item is invisible in the view. I checked view filters and visibility options, even though I don't think there is a way to filter out section cuts that reference drafting views.

The view you are trying to reference may be set to not visible in the active view.  Check its phasing, hide in coarse scale value, discipline, and the active view's filters.

I am trying to Reference a drafting view inside a RCP

• Can't set the phase to drafting view.
• Disabled All Filters
• Dont see an option for 'hide in coarse scale value' (It shows up in my interior elevation views but not this drafting atleast)
• Discipline looks fine plus again, in the active view I don't have any filters...

@EATREVITPOOPCAD  Can you post what filter it is? I am having this same issue. I have an RCP plan where I can place real sections but not reference ones. Would like to know what filter you used to be able to use the reference views!

The section highlighted in cyan, pictured above, was unchecked. With that box unchecked refence views would not appear.
