SECTION LINES APPEARS ONLY IN ONE PLAN VIEW

hello,
i'm having a problem with the section lines, if I create the section in ground floor view , it only shows in this view, it 
does not show in 1st or roof plans, why?

open the section and check its view range. the section will only be seen if the sections top and bottom extends are passing thru the level.

when I open the section view there is nothing abt view range, 
currently it is showing in ground and roof plans but does not show in first floor

sorry... Terminology 🙂 by View Range I just meant the top and bottom limits of the sections, not the view range tool for a plan.

basic questions:

• you have checked the Reveal Hidden option in the view?
• if you make a new First Floor view (View ribbon > Plan Views...) is the section visible in the new view?

yes I checked reveal hidden option, nothing is hidden,

There can be multiple reasons. Instead of play a guessing game, how about you share the file?

Are the scales the same for all your plans. If they are not, in the section check the properties and make sure your "hide at scales coarser than" is set correctly. Have it set to be larger then the scales of your plans. See attached jpb

Change Hide at scale coarser than to 1:100 or 1:200.

yes I did not notice that my view scales are different , thanks alot
