Section head still has dashes even if there is already a label value present.

I'm trying to fix these these section heads because somehow there are still the dashes even if there is already a view assigned to it. Also, how do you fix the text size difference in my callout tag?

It's hard to tell from a your extremely pixelated screenshot. Are you indicating the spaces with the blue filled circles?

Have you checked the linetype setting for callouts. That might explain the gaps. Text size is set in the bubble family. Someone may have altered it to fit longer drawing numbers.

It looks like that section has been duplicated in the project browser so there are 2 sections in the exact same spot. One is on a sheet (shows the references) and one is not on a sheet (shows the dashes).
