Section cuts are not showing on some plans

I placed a section cut on a first floor level and it's not showing on the roof plan. Is there any way in the roof plan I can make it show? I've made sure my boundary in section is high enough. Sections is turned on in Vis Graphics and I can see other section cuts.

Decrease the scale to make the section cuts smaller. Revit will start excluding the ones that overlap. (BTW does anyone know if you can turn that off?)

Look at the properties of the Section itself. If the Roof plan is at a smaller scale than the first floor plan, then you'll need to decrease the scale at which the scection is hidden.

Thanks for the tips! It was a scale issue. Once I changed my roof plan to match the scale of the first floor enlarged plan I put the cut in, the section appeared on the roof.

Don't overlook the opportunity that Scott stated to be able to not have Elevation View tags or Section tags not show in views less than. In the element properties for both Elevatio Views and Sections you can set the Hide at scales coarser than value to any scale and all views less than the set scale will not display those instances.
