I'm thinking there is more to this question, because when you placed the elements originally I imagine they were correct; right? I mean you didn't model willy-nilly; right?
But having said that, schedules might help, depending on what it is that you are looking for. For instance, if you wanted to search for odd-ball sill heights, you could create a Window schedule to list all the sill heights.
One last thing. Do you use Snaps? I would imagine you do. Do the Snap Increments have 1/256, 1/64, and 1/32? If so, remove them.
