Schedule Text Resize

Hello,

I'm busy setting up a template and am trying to resize the body text of my Schedule but the Appearance tab doesn't appear to be helping, please see below and advise:

Oversized body text:

Issue was that I didn't select the column letters (A, B, C, ..., L) to select all, and instead only selected the headings of the columns (No., Series, ..., Distribution). Compare black cells in image below to black cells in the post above:
