Schedule template not applying to title row?

Revit 2023 - 360 model

We have a schedule template that defines the appearance of the schedules on the sheet - including the title. (screen grab attached).

However when applying the same template to two different schedules on the same sheet the title is showing as different font sizes. (screen grab attached). 

Not sure whats going on here or how to fix it - any ideas?

I was able to reproduce this.  I started with one schedule, with a View Template that controlled appearance and duplicated the schedule.  In the copy, I temporarily removed the View Template and then overrode the Font for the title.  I reapplied the View Template, and the override remained in place.

Perhaps something similar happened in your case.  If so, remove the View Template from the schedule that is not correct, change the errant font back to match what is in the View Template and then reapply the template.

That seems to work, thank you, but surely a template should override anything set within it. Its not great that this one doesn't appear to work like that.
