Schedule of views not on sheets

Is there a way to create a schedule of views that are not placed on sheets? I know I can organize the browser that way. But i'd like to have a reference of it as I work with the browser set up how it normally is. Thanks.

Create a schedule "View List". Add the relevant fields. Also include Sheet Number and/or Sheet name. On the filter tab filter on Sheet Number or Sheet Name.

I've gotten that far. But what would the actual filter criteria be for the sheet number not existing? For example Sheet Number > does not equal > ?. There isn't a 'none' option. Thank you.
