Schedule is representing everything separately

Hey guys! New to revit and just wanted to know...

How do I make the items in the schedule be represented with the total count of the item rather than each count individually?

And when I unselect itemize every instance it just gives a grand total of everything all together which is not what I'm looking for.

Thank you in advance 🙂

Something Like the below?

  1. Sort By Type
  2. Uncheck Itemize every instance
  3. Format Count to Calculate totals

Is there a way for the schedule to represent detail items that have not been placed? So that it represents as a 0 count?
