can we change format of schedule fromMicrosoftTeams-image (1).png vertical to horizontal row wise

It is not possible to exchange rows for columns in Revit schedules

No, but you could split the schedule. Maybe that would get you to where you want to go.

...there's also Rotation on Sheet and Heading Orientation (Vertical and Horizontal).

It maybe easier to export a regular schedule to TXT or CSV, datalink to an Excel file (for future updates), format the Excel file as needed, export to PDF, and link/import the PDF back in Revit.

 

When Revit model changed, just export the schedule to the same TXT/CSV file, open the Excel file and refresh datalink, re-export to the same PDF, then reload PDF link/import in Revit.
