Schedule Formatting - Revit 2016

Every time I create a schedule in Revit the columns get automatically named A, B, C, D and I can't work out how to get rid of it (refer to the highlighted fields below).

Your advice would be much appreciated.

You can't turn them off.

 

But they're just for your ease of use when you have the view open; they don't show up when the schedule is placed on a sheet.
