Schedule filter question?

I am working on floor plan sheet notes. WE have multiple sheet of the floor plan, we are filtering the sheet note schedule to show only ones applies to the sheet shows up on the sheet.

Is there a way to have a master schedule for note schedule and use it on multiple sheets with different filters? Currently we are having to duplicate schedules to apply different filters.

If you use Keynotes and Keynote Legend then you can set the Legend (schedule) per Sheet.  So one Keynote Legend placed on different Sheets will show differently base don the Keys appear on the Sheets.

I am creating a schedule like this. not the notepad schedule that I load in.

Is there a filter by sheet for this kind of keynote schedule?

also I noticed that I have multiple notes showing up for the same note. please help.

It looks like a Note Block so there is no option to show only the notes per Sheet.  You have to duplicate and manually filter them.  To show identical items in one row, untick Itemized All Instances under Sorting/Grouping tab.

I strongly recommend you look into using Keynote and keynote Legend.  Editing it in Excel and you will have much easier time than with data in Generic Annotation and Note block.

Below is an example:

Yes it is the notepad thing.  I keep it open in Excel to keep adding info, save, and add a keyboard shortcut in Revit to reload it to get the updated info.

Multiple people cannot edit it at the same time.

if you are not Using the Keynote Legend as reccomended by @ToanDN

you can create your master list in a drafting view, create a blank legend and copy paste the portions from your master list into your legend(s)

duplicate the legend and make changes as needed.

now you wont need to filter the schedule per sheet, you can create a legend for the varying instances of your sheets notes.

Floor Plan notes

Demolition Notes

Reflected Ceiling Notes

Elevation Notes

Section Notes etc. etc.

There is an add-in called Keynote Manager....I definitely recommend it as you can add directories and sub-level notes quickly and load them into Revit without having to mess with notepad or Excel.
