Schedule: Centered Heading, Text Not Aligning Vertically

I'm aiming to vertically align text in the middle of cells within my Revit schedule. Despite selecting the Vertical option and setting it to center in the Formatting tab of Schedule Properties, I notice that it only centers the text in the heading cell, leaving the text in the remaining cells at the top.

Like this Area column:

Select the column > Align Vertical > Center
