schedule ceilings

say you have 3 rooms all 100 sf in area.  in those 3 rooms, there is a floating ceiling in each but each ceiling only covers 50 sf, 60 sf, and 75 sf.  is there a way to schedule this on a schedule?

better yet, how do you extract the ceiling area and add it to a schedule?

A schedule of ceilings will report the area of all the ceilings.
