Schedule - Calculated Value. How do I add two values together ?

Hi, I've created an area schedule as part of my FSR calculations using a few calculated formulas and additional project parameters. The final piece of this jigsaw is to show the entire floor plate area, the best way that I can see is to add the area and wall exclusion area to get this figure... However I think I am writing the formula incorrectly... Can anyone help ?

That should work. Maybe the value is there but Revit does not show it because of the current sorting and grouping settings. Try unchecking the "itemize every instance" option.

Thanks, it turns out the area revit generated already included both those areas.
