Saving an rte to rvt...

I have set up my template file (rte). When I open that file and try to "save as" an rvt file I do not get that option. Is there another way to do this?

Create a new project using this RTE. Don't do anything in it. Save the
project. Bingo! RTE to RVT.

Is there a way to save it to a .rvt after you have completed your design?

I am not sure I understand the question? If you drew a whole project and saved as an RTE, you can do the same thing i described above. Create a "new" project using this RTE and then just click "save as" and choose project. Now you will have an RVT file.

While saving rte to rvt, at save as, project is white out.

Is there any way to save to rvt file?

Just create a new project using the RTE as the template then save that project.  There you are a RVT file.

Do not open the RTE.  Please read the previous post carefully.
