Save or not save the survey file after moving it and acquiring the coordinates?
Short answer, the bottom option - Disable...
When you link a DWG and move/rotate it to align with your model (move the "world" under the "building") and then Acquire Coordinates that message asks you (when you Save your project) if you want to pass the positioning information to the DWG file in the form of a Named UCS (user coordinate system). This allows us to export from Revit to DWG using Project Origin and then the AutoCAD user can set the Named UCS (Revit60-DefaultLocation) before linking our export. However if we export from Revit using the Shared Coordinate system (the reason we acquired coordinates) there is no need for the Named UCS to be created and saved to the DWG file. The developers provided a way to deal with either situation but "normally" we don't want to alter the DWG file.
I usually manually disable the sharing for the DWG (via Properties) before getting around to Saving the project

Yes, Acquire Coordinates adjusts the Shared Coordinate system to align with the WCS of the DWG file you selected. Disabling the Shared Coordinates status for the DWG afterward does not undo that. It merely prevents Revit from saving a Named UCS to the DWG.

It does if you move or rotate the linked DWG and then Acquire Coordinates...or did in past releases.
