Save as - saving a family

Hi

im a student in practice in a firm. When im in revit and will save as (family from a family template) the browser window dosn´t appear on the screen so i cant save my family.

Just hit any one of the arrow keys (Left, Right, Down, Up), move your mouse, and the window should magically “pop” back onto the screen. Note: For keyboard savvy people, you can just alt-tab to the window, use Alt+Space, then M, then Arrow key, and then move your mouse. This should work on any version of Windows.

It did not help. When i want to save as after making a familie The screen freeze and The Window for placing The familie file dont appear.
