Same Setting but Different Output in Legend View

I'm currently making legends in two different files. It's some kind of detail of family. so I used the same family file and insert it into my files. but when want to make the legend, the output is very different, In one file, there is no image, in the other hand the other file there is an image. I'm sure that the visual graphic & setting are the same, but I cannot find why it makes different output. is someone know what's the problem?

Perhaps there is something odd going on with the draw order? I have never seen this specific issue, but certainly have seen things draw in strange orders once in a project.

It looks like there are gray filled regions in the same place as the images. As a test, can you either move the images so they have nothing on top or below them or delete the filled regions for the same effect?

So it turns out, there is a problem with the material in the family. I put the photo as the material, and it turns out that Revit can't read the difference from the material settings of the family file.
