Rv2017 electrical panel schedule

Guys, I m in Rv17, trying to create simple electrical panel schedule without using electrical template and architectural link.

On architectural Rv file, it seems something prevents me to generate the schedule, but it does fine in the electrical template file.

I screenshot the same panel, and see some differences. Perhaps someone here can help point out what to do to make it work in architecture file. Thx.

One more question: how do I reassign a group of outlets to the same panel ?
Given that we usually assign the whole floor-outlets to the panel, then
later on as we want to break them into smaller groups (with more logical
wirings), we have to delete and recreate the outlets again in order to
assign them to the same panel. The option is no longer available if the
outlets have already been assigned. Thanks
