Rotating levels in 3d view

We have a multi building project file with multiple levels (defined differently in each building) that we would propose to have isolated to each building on the campus.

In 3d view, the levels for some reason are at an angle to the building itself, which we would propose to re orientate to clearly isolate them to the desired building extent. 

Any options?

Create a scope box for each building and assign it to the levels (and grids) of that building.
