Rotate Arm and bolt as per angle

So, I've been trying to make this family to work, I've managed to make one of the arms to follow the reference line (now I just have to do the same process for the other one). Mine main issue right now is to make the bolts rotate following the reference line (and to maintain the right dimension).

Does anyone know how to do this?

Thanks!

Sounds like you need another level of nesting.  You are nesting; aren't you?

Bolts are nested family in this case. How do I make them follow any change on the angle?

Is the Nested Bolt Family Work Plane-Based/not Always Vertical -- and hosted to the "moving" Work Plane (e.g. Ref. Line)?
