Rooms overlapping in section

Hello Folks,

I am working on placing rooms within my project model, and am having difficulty with room overlap in section.

As can be seen in the image, the garage portion of the project has two heights, due to a jog in the ceiling. When I extend the room up to its maximum height, I am getting overlap with two rooms above. Is there are a way to 'trim' the below room so that it does not interfere? It is causing problems with my room tags and door scheduling above.

Apply a Color Scheme. I'll bet all is right as rain -- assuming the rooms are bounded properly (e.g. Floors, Walls, Ceilings, etc. are Room Bounding).  

...Check Volumes. You should see that they are computed properly.
