You have multiple overlapping rooms. Sounds like you deleted some thinking they would go away. They don't. You need to create a Room Schedule and delete the Rooms from the Schedule itself. If you Expand that Warning , it will list what the specific conflicts are.
...FWIW: It looks like you may have some large spaces that you want to subdivide without using partition walls. You can use Room Separator Lines for this.
