Room Volume doesnt fill the room

Hello World,

I have one problem and i hope you can help me.

My problem is that my room doesnt completely fills the volume of the room, and i need it for a subsequent export GBXML for HVAC calculations

 - Here is the Room with the normal room inside. (image room 1)

 - And then, following this solution,

 - I end up with this (image room 2)

Any ideas why it doesnt work ? the room seems to ignore the other part of the room and to see it as a non enclosed area (image ignored1)

Do you have Areas and Volumes checked?  

...Raise your Level's Computational Height

hello, it could be there is a room separator hidden? activate your bulb icon to see. thanks

It was the computational heigh 

It was to high so it didnt counted the room volume under that heigh
