After I edit the text sizes of the room tags it starts looking wierd as it shows me an empty rectangle. In the family editor of the room tag there is no rectangle shown. the iamges make my issues more clear.
ROOM TAGS
in Family Editor , go to View > Graphics > Visibility Graphic/ Overrides for Sheet > Annotation Categories > check Show Annotation Categories in this View - and you will be able to see the rectangel and the other annotations . Erase it or apply a visual filter

You need to edit the tag family, then go to view/visibility graphics/annotation categories. Check show annotation categories, click ok
Now you will see the the rectangule, select it and erase. Finally load into project.
