Guys, my room tag text has a huge gap between lines (btwn crawl and space). I wonder have we yet found a workaround to control the gap ? Or perhaps I missed something here. Pls spare me the two line-tag, it won't work with schedule.

Speaking of schedule, with Toan and RDaou's help, I have done a wonderful room schedule, and we would like to use that for other project. I got this message, see attached, when insert the schedule into new project, and nothing happened. This won't help much, once click on the Error 1 box, nothing will show. Am I missing anything ?

Unfortunately Revit doesn't give us any controls for text/label line space.  You could still use two separate labels and use a Combine Parameter to stitch them into one line of text on your schedule.

To insert a schedule from one project to another, just select the schedule on a sheet and CTRL+C, or select eh schedule from the Browser, right click and Copy to Clipboard, then go to the other project and CTRL+V.

You can create a View Template from the Schedule and use Transfer Project Standards.
