Room Tag not working (Revit LT 2021)

I am using Revit LT 2021. While I can select the Room Tag tool, no crosshairs show up when I place the cursor over my floorplan. I have checked that I have walls that are flagged as Room Bounding.

I have even tried creating a brand new project with a simple four-walled room and still the Room Tag tool does not work.

Any ideas as to what could be wrong and how to fix this?

You need to place Rooms first.

Thank you @ToanDN, that makes sense! What threw me was that I was looking in the Annotate tab and didn't see the Room tool (it's on the Architecture tab). All good now. Thanks again!
