Room aware? You mean like the way a Door can use a Room Calculation Point to show To Room/From Room? Or is that exactly what you are are looking for?

FWIW: Doesn't have to be a Door. Could be Room Aware Opening Family as well.
Hello,
If you are looking to add the To/From room values to the doors themselves, that would require to you create some custom To/From room parameters for your doors so you can fill that information out.
I wrote a blog post on this exact issue. It uses our software to expedite the filling out of the data, but you can certainly do it manually. If you have a lot of doors to process, it could take a lot of time manually.

Hope this helps.

Hi,
Surely I did not express properly the issue. I want to achieve smt like in pic.
That looks more like a door schedule than a room schedule
1-You can add the From/To room in a door schedule (Fields tab / Drop down Menu)
2-To show in the schedule you have to edit the door family and check the "Room Calculation" box then reload into
your project

My mistake in title it is a DOOR schedule.
Unfortunatelly if there is no Room for OUT I cannot show it in Schedule.
Please check previusly pic.
Well because you do not have a room OUTside the building 🙂 ... add some room separators outside and add a room
Alternatively, you can
1. add a project Parameter to door to identify Exit doors and add it as a hidden field to the schedule.
2. In the schedule add a calculated parameter with an if statement ...
A. if door is exit it fills in text "EXIT"
B. and if door is not exit it fills in Room To: Number
