Room Boundary prevented from expanding by unknown barrier?

I have one room in my model that will not expand to fill the entire space. It appears to be separated by an unknown model element, however, there is no perceptible room bounding element or separation line on that level or the level below that would limit the room.

Any ideas?

Turn on hidden worksets, reveal hidden elements and cut a section see if you find anything.

Does it fill in when you lower the cut plane in the view?  Is there a sloped ceiling over that area?  Area and Volumes being calculated?

What are the properties of the wall below?  Make sure its unconnected height shorter than the floor to floor height, then attach its top to the floor.

Thanks All,

1. I made the stud wall below unconnected and set it below the 2nd floor, then I attached it to the 2nd floor.

2. The building is existing (structure and floors), everything else is phased new construction, including the rooms.

3. There is a sloped "sawtooth" roof above the room area in issue (however this sloped roof does extend over a portion of the room that is being calculated.
4. No volume appears to be calculating.

Okay, create a new plan view of the level highlighted below and see if any room separation lines appear on that level.

I was not able to find any room separation line. What I found was the wall below was impacting the room on the 2nd level.  I'm not sure what the fix is, If I "unbound" the wall below, it fixes the room above but destroys several rooms below.

Can you select that wall and show its properties?

Can you post the file? Might be faster and easier to troubleshoot seeing the file.

I tried, unfortunately the file is quite large and exceeds the upload limit

It looks normal so I have no idea.  Maybe keep it unbound and draw separation lines in level 1 to fix the rooms on that level.  Or you can share the file.
