Room areas not showing in ceiling plan?

I have a single ceiling plan sheet in this set that I've been trying to room tag, however upon checking the room tags, the rooms aren't there, even though they can be found on the regular floor plan. I've tried adding the rooms individually using the room tool option, but they don't follow the wall edges and simply appear as a small rectangle. I checked the view template, and this only happens on this specific sheet. All the other ceiling plans have the room areas show up. What could be the issue here>

It seems more like a view range issue, or room height.

Try changing them.

I also think it has to do with the view range or the height of the rooms. Are rooms enabled in the view template?
