Rollup Material Schedule to only Show Totals and Grand Totals

What am I missing... I have unchecked "Itemize every instance", but still get multiple rows corresponding with each roof object when I only want one row stating the Material Name and Phase along with the Area total for that phase and the grand total Area?

Is there some trick to get it to not display multiple rows and just give me one rolled up row of the scheduled material with totals?

Sort by Phase Created then by  Material Name instead of Material Area
