Ribbon lag

We encounter this horrible Ribbon lag (see attachment). 

I've heard multiple users within our company complaining about this. 

We use Revit 2020 all updates

I work on big projects (1gb + filesize)

Is this a known issue? Any suggestion is welcome.

Never seen this behaviour before. Is this just happening when you have a large project open?

-Have you checked the task manager (CTRL-ALT-DEL, Task manager)?

-Fulfil the system specs?

-Enough memory (rule of thumb: 20x project file)?

-Other software that might interfere (e/g virusscanners)

-Some colleagues similar problem and some not. Differences between computer with and without issues?

-Have you checked the task manager (CTRL-ALT-DEL, Task manager)? Yes, checked it and therefor installed 32gb memery but it still occurs

-Fulfil the system specs? Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4710MQ CPU @ 2.50GHz 2.50 GHz, NVidia Quadro K3100M, should do the trick imo

-Enough memory (rule of thumb: 20x project file)? 32gb

-Other software that might interfere (e/g virusscanners) Perhaps but how can I figure this one out...

-Some colleagues similar problem and some not. Differences between computer with and without issues? I'll have to investigate this
