Revit Worksharing Restore Backups

I ran into an issue with our central file and lost a lot of work from over the weekend. In attempting to restore backups in the central model (there are no recoverable files at all in the local file from what I can tell) I'm getting very few file versions available to recover while the '_backup' folder is full of .rws files that appear to be related to various saves or syncs during my work yesterday.  Is there any way to restore these if they are not being read by the command in Collaborate>Manage Models>Restore Backup?

I also found a potential recovery path using Journal files, though I am not having any luck with that either... If anyone has used this before and can provide a better step-by-step, that would be great.

Losing work in a Revit central file can be frustrating, but there are a few steps you can take to try and recover your work. Here's a guide on how to approach this situation:

Restoring from Backup
Check the Central File Backup:

Navigate to the _backup folder associated with your central file. This folder contains backup versions of your project.
Use the Collaborate > Manage Models > Restore Backup command in Revit to attempt to restore from these backups. If this command is not showing all available versions, it might be due to file corruption or other issues.
Manual Restoration:

If the Revit interface is not showing all backups, you can manually browse the _backup folder.
Look for .rvt files within the folder. These are the actual backup files you can try to open directly in Revit.
If you find a suitable version, open it and save it as a new central file.
